- Download the set of documents below for the type of account you would like to set up.
- Print and complete the account documentation. Please ensure you sign and date all appropriate areas on all applications and forms.
- You could either send them via fax or scan them and forward by e-mail.
- Download the bank wire transfer instructions.
- Have your bank follow the exact sequence of instructions.
- Only Money Transfers in US$ DOLLARS.
- Your bank will provide you with a transfer confirmation receipt and keep that for your records as well as send us a copy via fax or e-mail.
- Once you provide us with a completed application and bank confirmation receipt, Hanover Brooks will issue your client account number.
